The all steel bed
Although using metal in a bed frame is not entirely unknown, creating a bed such as this appears to be something of a rare thing.
The bed has been made from steel and that includes the headboard and footboard, which makes for an interesting look and feel to the bed.
However, being that this is untreated steel, is there not the possibility that the surface could stain or mark with whatever comes in contact with it?
Features – This bed is an nice way to exhibit the appreciation for steel plate. A tube steel frame is built and two panels are inserted. I age and finish each sheet. The tube is ground shiny to accentuate the leathery steel qualities. The whole bed is sealed with a liquid wax. Queen size shown. Any size can be built. This price is for a Double or Queen. Add $100 for either King size which will cover additional shipping. Comes with side rails and two cross supports. Easy to assemble. 15 minutes. Foot board is 25″ high, Headboard is 44″ high and bottom starts at 26″. Priced at $600.
